La consistenza di cupcakes è ottima: non sono asciutti e non sono troppo molli,si sente il gusto e il profumo della banana☀la ricetta è strafacile,tutto si fa in 30-35 min.
Gli ingredienti:
1. 3 banane mature
2. 110 gr. di burro morbido
3. 2 uova fredde
4. Mezzo bicchiere di latte freddo
5. Farina integrale 2,5 bicchieri
6. Mezzo bicchiere di zucchero di canna
7. Un bicchiere di zucchero normale
8. Pizzico di sale
9. Il lievito in polvere 1 cucchiaino
10. Cucchiaio di olio di oliva
11. Miele se volete un cucchiaino
Procedimento: le banane trasformare in purè. A parte sbattere il burro con lo zucchero, aggiungere le banane,le uova,il latte, un goccio di olio di oliva e se volete un cucchiaio di miele, poi aggiungere la farina, il lievito in polvere. Sbattere l'impasto con mixer alla velocità massima!
Mettere in forme speciali a 170 gradi per circa 15-20 minuti. Dentro devono essere morbidi,non molli e non asciutti!
